Me, Dante and the cow

No living being is indifferent to beauty. Not even the Cow Rossella which, when Dante recites it, makes the best milk. Doro, her philosophical breeder and poet, knows it well, who tells and recites the Divine Comedy to her, mixing his own biography with Dante's verses and a profound and passionate reading of the three songs.

Catching in that "middle of the journey of our life" a midlife crisis that captures every living being, from Dante to Doro, from the Rossella cow to the paradisiacal Beatrice, vision of the angelic woman. In the psychedelic journey from hell to heaven, there is a path that still speaks to everyone every day, and it is Doro with his good-natured and understandable wisdom that makes us grasp it. On stage the Cow Rossella in the role of herself and Alberto Rizzi in the role of Doro who tells, explores, digs and recites Dante's text, the true center and fulcrum of the show.

In one hour a reading, a synthesis and an illustration of the Divine Comedy are condensed at the same time. “Drink more Dante! Dante is good for you, Dante is good for all ages.”

A young woman decides, without her husband's knowledge, to leave the city and move the family to a more natural environment, where they can savor and contemplate the beauty of meadows, trees, lakes and mountains. Two opposites confronting each other on the urgency of creating a better world.

On stage two extravagant characters who through their comic gags will involve listeners in their story, a story dedicated to beauty and respect for nature. While on the one hand these bizarre heroes seem to go nuts for their extravagant comedy, on the other hand they accurately express the figures that accompany one of the most serious problems of our times: the slow destruction of our planet._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_
Anna and Aldo, through their comedy, will push us to ask ourselves important questions and to think about a critical and sustainable consumption with respect for the environment.

We are in Bethlehem. It's Christmas night of year 0 or maybe 2021 or maybe ever.

The donkey and the ox don't understand much of the strange and complicated typically human stories. They don't understand the confusion on the streets and they don't even care. They just know there's a newborn baby in their manger. To enjoy a well-deserved rest in the heat, the screaming little bundle should be thrown out of the stable but they don't have the heart to do so. All that remains is to take care of it. And who does it?

We need a mom. Yeah, but who's a mom? The donkey and the ox draw lots...

Christmas Poster 2021.jpg

The exchange of greetings around the holidays could sometimes take on ironic tones dictated by the prospect of a rich offer of food and dishes. That meat was a food that was scarcely present in the past in the daily diet of ordinary people, can be deduced from numerous expressions, including the joking denomination "ul dí da mangiá la carna" referring to Christmas.

Babe is the story of a piglet won at a fair by the owner of a farm, the farmer Arthur Hoggett. Arthur's wife, Esme, decides to fatten the puppy with the aim of cooking him for Christmas dinner.
Babe makes friends with the other members of the farm, all talking animals: the shepherd dogs Fly and Rex, the old and sensitive sheep Maa and the bizarre duck Ferdinand.
Fly raises Babe with the same love he reserves for his puppies and Babe soon follows the dogs in leading the flocks, winning not only the trust and sympathy of the master but also changing his destiny as an animal to be slaughtered.
A film that abounds in messages, which speaks of tenacity, courage, dignity and prejudices, with phenomenal special effects and a strong and engaging epilogue!

The story tells the story of a little pig named Wilbur, who lives on the Zuckerman farm. The fate of the young pig is sealed: it was chosen as the "main dish" of the Christmas dinner.

Despite the love of the little girl Fern who tries to save the piglet from its fate, nothing seems to move Homer Zuckerman from his intention of fattening it and then cooking it.
The only ones who can really help the piglet are the farm animals, in particular Carlotta, a small spider with formidable weaving skills. Carlotta knows that the only way to save Wilbur is to make him appear special in the eyes of his masters and so, to achieve this, he will start leaving some written messages right on his canvas.
Can Carlotta's strategy really save the piglet?
