What are sausages?
Sausages are cured meats made of minced and seasoned meat packaged (in sausage) in natural skins (casings) or synthetic ones to allow for maturation or preservation.
Sausages allowed the enhancement of the meat (and fat) obtained by stripping the bones.
Sausages can be eaten raw (salami, salami, coppa, etc.) or cooked (sausages, mortadella, cotechino, etc.).
