How was the warp loaded onto the loom?

The groups or bundles of threads prepared on the warping frame were wound, adequately spaced, onto the rear beam of the loom, taking care to leave free the length necessary to carry out the subsequent operations, that is, threading the threads into the heddles and into the slots of the comb (drawing-in) and tying them onto the front beam.
