What is the relationship with rabbit meat in the 21st century?
In our society, the consumption – and consequently the production – of rabbit meat is decreasing, even though it is part of our culinary tradition, contains little fat and is relatively easy and quick to cook compared to other meats.
This is a trend that has been underway for several decades, which can be explained by greater ease of access to other meats considered more noble but above all by the affirmation of the rabbit as a pet.
